Puppy Reservation
Terms and Conditions

To reserve a puppy from Peterson Poodles, a non-refundable reservation fee in USD is required. This reservation fee secures your place on our waitlist for an upcoming litter and establishes your priority in the puppy selection process. By placing this reservation, you agree to the following terms:

• Non-Refundable Fee: Non-Refundable Fee: The reservation fee is non-refundable in most cases and secures your position on the waitlist, reflecting your commitment to the adoption process. However, exceptions to this policy include:

1. Breeder or client cancellation within the seven-day grace period following the "Get-to-Know-You" call.
2. Breeder-initiated cancellations.
3. Failure to produce a litter within the timeframe specified in the Puppy Reservation Waitlist Agreement.

• Reservation Position and Selection Day: Placement on the waitlist is determined by the order in which reservation fees are received. Selection of puppies will be conducted in the order of the waitlist during scheduled virtual or in-person appointments. Please note: This fee does not guarantee a specific puppy, as selection depends on factors such as availability, litter size, and the health of the puppies.
• Gender and Color Preferences: While we make every effort to accommodate preferences regarding gender and color, we cannot guarantee availability for specific traits. Puppies are chosen based on the order of the waitlist and the puppies available at the time of selection.
• Alternative Options: In the unlikely event that we cannot provide a puppy from the reserved litter, we will transfer your reservation to the next available litter or discuss alternative arrangements. In these cases, clients may choose to remain on the waitlist for a future litter.
• Final Balance and Payment: The remaining balance for your puppy is due no later than the scheduled pick-up day. Payment methods, as well as final pick-up arrangements, will be confirmed between the buyer and seller at least four weeks prior to pick-up.

Puppy availability at Peterson Poodles is subject to change based on various factors. We strive to keep our availability information as accurate as possible; however, please understand that several factors may impact the availability of puppies, including:

• Litter Size and Health: The size of each litter and the health of individual puppies may affect availability. The selection and availability of puppies will be confirmed only after birth and a preliminary health assessment.
• Dam, Sire, and Puppy Cost Variability: Each litter may vary based on the selected dam and sire, which may influence both the appearance and cost of puppies. Information about the specific parents of each litter will be provided upon reservation and will be included in the adoption contract.
• Gender, Color, and Placement Suitability: We aim to match families with puppies based on their preferences, but gender and color are not guaranteed. We prioritize suitability for each puppy’s placement to ensure the best match for both the puppy and the family.

Pick-Up Policy: All puppies must be picked up in person or via pre-arranged nanny transport. We do not offer shipping options for our puppies to ensure their well-being and safety.
