Puppy Reservation Fee Terms and Conditions

  • Puppy Reservation Fee: The fee guarantees your position on our waiting list for selecting a puppy, which operates on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the reservation fee.

  • Signed Reservation Fee Agreement: In order for a reservation fee to be accepted, a Puppy Reservation Fee Agreement must be e-signed by the client within 7 days of payment of the fee.

  • Integration into Puppy Purchase: The fee will be applied to the cost of the selected puppy.

  • Non-Refundable: The puppy reservation fee is non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:

    • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel a client from our selection process at any time. If the cancellation is initiated by us, a full refund of the reservation fee will be issued.

    • Get To Know You Call 7 day grace period: If either party decides within 7 days of placing the Puppy Reservation Fee online and completing the Get To Know You Call that we are not a good fit, the reservation fee will be fully refunded.

  • Individual Reservation Fees: Each puppy reservation has its own distinct fee, which means that you need to pay a separate reservation fee for each puppy reservation.

  • Puppy Selection Day Availability: Clients must choose available puppies during their pre-scheduled puppy selection day timeslot. Failure to be present or be reachable during this timeslot can result in the forfeiture of waitlist position placement.

  • Updates to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

    By submitting the Puppy Reservation Fee, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to finding the perfect puppy companion.
